The months prior to the big show can be filled with many different emotions, fears, complications, events, appointments, questions, and more. Support during this time will vary depending on your needs and desires. This is a great option for those that want assistance with their mindset, coping with changes to their body and life, and possibly even support when attending appointments. This is more of a long term and more intensive option as opposed to labor and delivery support. Birth services aren’t a requirement to explore this option. Can be a great idea even if you already have a doula or aren’t looking for that level of support.

Emotional and physical support throughout your labor and delivery with brief support after birth. With on call services through the final weeks of your pregnancy, multiple prenatal appointments, and continuous support during active labor and your birth, this is going to be your traditional birth doula package. I will work with you to educate and identify your birth preferences.

This looks different for every family. I am there during this time to assist you in any way you need during your postpartum period. Whether it is doing your dishes and laundry, helping with breastfeeding, caring for baby while you shower or sleep, or even help get organized in the home or nursery. This time postpartum should be as enjoyable, and it is achievable with the right support. I will provide unconditional and unbiased support with your preferred styles and values in practice. This will allow you peace of mind and ability to take a breath and recharge. This service can be started at any point, whether it is upon arrival home from the hospital or even once your partner returns to work after their leave is over.
